Order confirmation

During the session, the technician will be able to see and, if I authorize it during the session, control my desktop in real time. I understand that the technician may incidentally see information present on my screen (open windows, file names, emails, documents or other visible content), and that it is my responsibility to close sensitive applications (email, password managers, online banking) before the session. LATENT commits to not copying, downloading or retaining my personal files or data, except what is strictly necessary for the service and with my express authorization. I declare that I have made a backup of my important files before the session, or assume the risk of not having done so.

If the service is provided before the 14 calendar days from contracting have elapsed, and it is completed in full, consumer protection regulations (Article 103.a of the TRLGDCU) establish that the right to withdraw from the contract is lost. If you withdraw before the service has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. If you withdraw once the service has started, you must pay the proportional part already performed.
