LATENT.
A real diagnosis of your PC · No jargon

Your PC runsfaster thanwhat you seeon screen. We'll prove it.

Those stutters while gaming aren't your hardware's fault. Windows shares your PC's resources with office work in mind, not games. We measure exactly where every millisecond is lost and fix it — with no need for you to know computing.

The problem

Windows isn't broken.It's built for something else.

Your system ships from the factory built to write emails and save battery, not to respond in milliseconds. That balance is exactly what gets in the way when all that matters is the game reacting instantly.

Why a YouTube tutorial isn't enough

A script downloaded from a forum doesn't know which motherboard you have or which drivers you use. It applies the same changes to any PC, whether it's brand new or six years old. The usual result isn't more performance: it's an unstable system, with new crashes and no clear way to undo what was touched.

Our approach: measure before touching anything

We don't guess. We analyze your machine with the same tools the engineers who design drivers use, and only after seeing the real data from your system do we decide what's worth changing.

Background

Your desktop is clean.Your system isn't.

Closing a window doesn't close the program. What you see in the taskbar is a small part of what your machine is attending to while you play: overlays hooked into the game, sync jobs, services that started on their own and utilities nobody remembers installing.

What you see
Taskbar: 3 open windowsUnchanged

None of these takes a fixed amount of performance away from you.

There is no single number that holds for every machine, and anyone who gives you one is making it up. What does happen is that they compete for the same resources as the game, and how much you notice depends on your hardware, your configuration and the title you play. On a roomy machine it can be imperceptible; on one that's tight on memory, or with the CPU at its limit, it can be the difference between smooth and stuttering.

The judgement

Optimising isn't uninstalling everything that shows up on a list.

Almost all of this exists for a reason, and some of it you actually want. Discord's overlay is useful if you really use it; the RGB software is the only thing that knows how to talk to your keyboard. The job isn't to delete it all, it's to measure your machine and know which of these things make sense on it and which are just taking up room. That's decided with data in front of you, not with a list copied from a forum.

How we do it

Four steps.Zero guesswork.

01Phase 1

We x-ray your PC

We analyze how your processor, your drivers and Windows share the work while you game. We don't guess: we measure with the same diagnostic tools the manufacturers use.

02Phase 2

We reprogram the priorities

We replace the configuration built for saving battery and multitasking with one built for the game to respond instantly, sustained over time, not just in the first minute.

03Phase 3

We tune network and startup

We adjust how your PC handles the internet connection and the system startup — the deepest level where response time is also lost without you seeing it.

04Phase 4

We test it in real conditions

We put your system through the same conditions you'll actually game in: your game, your resolution, your connection. We only hand over what holds up, not what works once.

— from here on, you feel the difference
What we do

Eight ways tofeel the difference.

We don't apply a fixed package. Every change answers to what your PC and your games actually need, and nothing more.

01

More stable FPS

We spread the work between your processor and your graphics card so every frame is produced without waiting — not just higher average FPS, but fewer sudden drops.

02

Less delay when you click

From the moment you move the mouse to when you see the action on screen: we close every gap of time along the way, so your machine responds instantly.

03

No stutter or micro-freezes

We remove those split-second hitches you barely see, but that you do feel when you miss a shot you should have hit.

04

Settings tailored to your PC

No generic templates: we build a configuration profile piece by piece, made for your exact hardware.

05

Windows with no dead weight

We review all of the system's internal configuration — not just the visual side — and disable what you don't need, with judgment.

06

Your motherboard firmware, tuned

We adjust the deepest configuration of your motherboard and your power curves, the level where sustained performance shows the most.

07

Your connection, ready to compete

We calibrate how your PC handles the network for the real pattern of an online game: small, constant packets, not large downloads.

08

PCs built to perform

Complete builds from scratch, from choosing the components to the first boot, made to hold their performance over time.

Windows Optimization

19.99

Without touching firmware. The level most people need.

  • Everything in the Standard Visit
  • Deep cleanup of unnecessary processes
  • Tuning of Windows services
  • Power settings built for performance
  • Priority for your game over other processes
  • Clean reinstall of your graphics drivers

Advanced Optimization

29.99

Firmware included. The most your hardware can give.

  • Everything in Windows Optimization
  • Memory running at its real speed (XMP/EXPO)
  • Review of the processor's power-saving states
  • Fan curve optimization

We don't disable the processor's power saving by default — we evaluate it with your machine under real load. Doing it blindly can spike temperatures. It's only adjusted when the data confirms it's worth it.

Frequently asked

We answer your questions.

Yes, it's safe. We don't use automated programs that disable things blindly or touch parts of the operating system without control. Every change is made by hand, logged, and can be undone. We don't touch the hardware physically or do anything that voids the manufacturer's warranty — the only firmware changes are the same ones you could make yourself from your motherboard's menu.

BEHIND LATENT

Hugo Martin — coodem, 22 years old

I've had a PC in my hands since I was 3. When I discovered Counter-Strike 1.6, I understood that a computer could be much more than a tool for watching videos. Something changed.

Later on, a laptop that wasn't performing as it should made me start investigating. Bloatware, unnecessary processes, a configuration that wasn't tailored to what I needed. Instead of accepting it, I started tinkering, observing, understanding, and trying again.

It became an obsession.

Measure and aim before you touch.

Every system is different. Diagnosis always comes before intervention.

HOW IT STARTED

For years I optimized machines for free. Windows, hardware, scripting, diagnostics, web development, competitive gaming — I kept learning without realizing it.

At some point, my partner pointed out something I hadn't seriously considered: not everyone knows how to configure Windows from scratch. Most people end up applying tweaks found online without knowing exactly what they change or what side effects they might cause.

That's where LATENT started.

WHAT I DO DIFFERENTLY

I don't sell isolated FPS peaks. I don't apply universal configurations. I don't make impossible promises.

I pursue real stability. A system that performs well after hours of gaming, of streaming. No microstuttering. No degradation. My process is always the same: measure, consider, analyze, modify what matters, and measure again. With full transparency.

Part of the optimization industry presents itself as if there were a universal truth. Tweaks that work for everyone. Configurations that fit any hardware.

LATENT proposes a different approach: a system shouldn't be modified because a tweak is popular, but because there's a reason for it and we can measure its result.

LATENT is still being built. It started as a hobby, grew by helping others, and is evolving into a professional service recognized by the community.

I'm not trying to project a scale that doesn't exist yet. I'm trying to do the work right.
